Vision for the 21st Century
The
Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) is a racially just, culturally
diverse, spiritually vibrant and growing church that gives
expression to the richness of its faith, heritage and
experiences. It is a church in which caring for all people
is central to its life and mission; and where Racial Ethnic
People are partners in ministry fully involved in decision
making at all levels of its corporate structure.
The Racial Ethnic Ministry Program Area will contribute
to achieving this vision by implementing aggressive strategies
for Congregational Enhancement and Racial Justice.
