The Sierra Mission Partnership Conference Center is available for day use.

Committees of the Sierra Mission Partnership, and committees of the Presbyteries of Nevada, Sacramento and Stockton may use the facilities at no charge.

Churches and groups directly affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (USA), and non-profit organizations may, at the discretion of SMP, rent the facilities.

Fee Schedule

Day Use of the Facility
The prices are per day, per group.

Meeting Rooms
No charges for committees directly affiliated with
Sierra Mission Partnership or Presbyteries of Nevada, Sacramento and Stockton.

Presbyterian Churches & Other Groups Affiliated with PCUSA
Both Large & Small Conference Rooms - $60
Large Conference Room - $40
Small Conference Room - $25

Non-profit Organizations, Agencies &
Other Groups
(at the discretion of SMP)
Both Large & Small Conference Rooms - $100
Large Conference Room - $65
Small Conference Room - $35



Building Use Agreement

Set Up

Tables and chairs are available. The group renting the facility must set up, break down and leave the room as found.

Meals
NO cooking will be allowed. Groups may cater their meals. A list of local catering companies is available.

Clean Up
The facility must be clean & left as found. Garbage must be bagged and placed in kitchen. No extra food or beverages to be left in refrigerator.

Equipment
Use of equipment will be accommodated as much as possible.

Entrance & Lock-Up
A "pass key" may be issued if the group is meeting after hours or on weekends. A representative is required to pick up the key and receive instruction on the alarm system before the event.
