First Call Pastors:
Terms of call for newly-ordained pastors (i.e., those in their first three years of parish ministry) include:
- participation
in the "First Call" program of
mentoring, peer support & accountability
groups, & annual seminars
- one
week of "First Call" program leave in addition to the
currently-required two weeks of study leave "First Call" program
- allowance of $500 beyond the study leave allowance.
