| Job Description |
Responsibilities: Direct and oversee the entire youth programs of the
church including, but not limited to:
- Provide for regular meetings of the Church youth.
- Plan
for and participate in special youth activities.
- Work
with the Christian Education committee and ensure
the curriculum for youth programs is consistent with
overall education objectives.
- Attend,
once a quarter, meeting with the Christian Education
committee.
- Develop
youth leadership in programs.
- Encourage
youth involvement in worship.
- Encourage
youth invovement in Presbytery, Synod and ecumenical
youth activities.Encourage youth participation in
camping programs.
- Provide for outreach to youth outside our Church and in the Tracy community.
